At the diner on the corner

To the woman who has come in

I'm pretending not to see them
And instead I pour the milk

And I open up the paper
There's a story of an actor
Who had died while he was drinking
It was no one I had heard of

And I'm turning to the horoscope
And looking for the funnies
When I'm feeling someone watching me
And so I raise my head


There's a woman on the outside
Looking inside. Does she see me?
No she does not really see me
Cause she sees her own reflection

And I'm trying not to notice
That she's hitching up her skirt
And while she's straightening her stockings
Her hair has gotten wet

Oh, this rain it will continue
Through the morning as I'm listening
To the bells of the cathedral
I am thinking of your voice…

And of the midnight picnic
Once upon a time before the rain began…
I finish up my coffee
It's time to catch the train

清晨, 我坐在拐角处的小饭馆
在吧台前, 等那个男人给我倒咖啡
他居然只倒了一半的量---我正想跟他抗议
他看向窗外, 有人快要进来
"见到你总是很高兴" 吧台后的男人
对进来的女人说 女人正抖落伞上的水珠
我转头看向另一边 他们亲吻对方
装着没有注意他们 我倒了些牛奶
打开报纸 有篇关于一个演员的文章
在他饮酒时死去 不过是某个人物罢了
我开始看星象栏目 寻找有趣的东西
突然感觉有人在注视我 于是抬起头
外面有个女人 正看向里面
她看见我了么? 不她并没有在看我
而是看着她自己的影像
我试图回避 她正拉起她的裙子
当她拉紧她的长袜时 雨水打湿了头发
这雨会持续整个早晨 我一直听着
教堂的钟声 想念你的声音
和午夜的野餐 在某个时间
这雨开始以前
我喝光咖啡 该赶火车了

Tom's Diner 这首歌曲和艾净的1997 一样给我了营养，和最初民谣音乐的样本，是生活即景和 生活经历的诗歌。我写下了《京鱼》《为艺术为爱情》〈开了星期二〉反映BOB DYLAN 那样情怀里的关于战争，政治 和斗争的质疑，是对价值观的审问，是人性以及自由生活的诠释。

生活由咖啡，书籍，爱与和平，等等词汇组成了可见的乐章，音乐会，民谣音乐以及跨掉一代的在路上的召唤，那都是传说，是在桂林，和昆明 丽江，那行走在深圳夜市里的孤独的脚步。

只有一样吃。喝，聆听练习。。。电台和上网，留恋在肤浅的情欲之间。。。
